pizza al tonno (tuna fish pizza)

ingredients

→pizza dough,

→pizza sauce,

200 g pizza sauce,

100 g canned tuna fish,

2 tsp capers,

12 black olives,

¾ onion (rings),

125 g mozzarella,

⅔ tsp oregano,

salt/pepper

 

how you make it:

pizza sauce

 

prepare baking tray with a mix of flour and olive oil

 

dust your hands, so that dough can´t stick to them

 

pull dough and form it for baking tray

 

don´t worry of ripping, holes removing is easy!

 

then put pizza sauce on dough evenly distributed

 

cut up the dishes and put them on dough as well

 

order: tuna fish, capers, olives, onions and at last the cubic cut mozzarella

 

add salt, pepper and oregano and done!

 

next for 6-7 minutes into oven (preheated to 250 °C)

 

remove from oven, cut the pizza and serve it
