pizza dough


recipe for 1 baking sheet

ingredients

250 g flour,

130 ml water,

25 g fresh yeast,

¾ tsp sugar,

¾ tsp salt,

1 tbsp olive oil

 

how you make it:

 

add fresh yeast into a glas of lukewarm water (not more than 30 °C, otherwise yeast can be destroyed!) tip: i microwave for 10 seconds

 

add sugar and leave it standing covered for 15 minutes

 

prepare half of flour with salt

 

add olive oil to waterglas, stir and add it to the flour

 

stir until homogeneous

 

add the rest of flour little by little and knead dough tough, until it doesn´t stick to the fingers any more

 

form dough to a ball

 

dust dough ball, so that it can´t stick to the bowl

 

cover plastik bowl with a towel

 

leave it in oven (preheated to max. 30 °C) in order to let the dough prove

 

prepare baking tray with a mix of flour and olive oil

 

15 minutes later remove bowl from oven

 

dust your hands, so that dough can´t stick to them

 

pull dough and form it for baking tray

 

don´t worry of ripping,

 

holes removing is easy!
