ZUCCHINI/AUBERGINE baked

ingredients

1 tsp olive oil,

16 slices (5 mm) of zucchini,

10 slices (10 mm) of aubergine,

60 g mozzarella,

40 g bacon (cut in stripes),

½ tsp oregano,

salt/pepper,

1 tbsp olive oil


how you make it:


stove plate on ↑6/6, warm olive oil (→olive oil), stove plate on ↓4/6

 

sauté cut zucchini (use the oil just for the first time, don´t add any more)

 

sauté aubergine(→vegetables)

 

prepare baking tray with a paper to distribute the sauted vegetables on it

 

distribute first bacon then mozzarella on vegetables

 

spice with pepper, salt and oregano

 

put a bit olive oil on it

 

next into the oven for circa 10 minutes (preheated to 200 °C)

 

remove from oven and serve it with white bread/baguette
