pasta carbonara

ingredients

220 g spaghetti (pasta),

40 g bacon (roasted),

2 egg yolk,

120 ml cream,

circa 40 ml milk,

3 tbsp grated parmesan,

salt/pepper

how you make it:

 

stove plate on ↑6/6, prepare pasta (→pasta)

 

stove plate on ↓2/6, leave the pasta outside the saucepan, which you use now for sauteing bacon (oil is not necessary!)

 

1-2 minutes later, stove plate on ↓0/0 , remove from stove plate, add the pasta and mix it

 

then add the homogeneous mixed sauce of cream, milk, egg, parmesan and salt/pepper and stir

 

at last put saucepan for half a minute on lukewarm stove plate and stir, then it becomes a perfect connection

 

add a bit fresh pepper and serve it
