ingredients

260 g spaghetti (pasta),

1 tsp olive oil,

⅓ small cubic cut onion,

120 g pork and beef mince,

270 g canned tomatoes,

⅓ clove of garlic,

½ tsp paprika,

⅓ tsp oregano/ thyme,

2 pinches of nutmeg,

⅔ tsp sugar,

3-4 tsp grated emmental cheese (alternative: parmesan),

salt/pepper

 

how you make it:


stove plate on ↑6/6, warm olive oil (→olive oil), stove plate on ↓4/6

 

sauté onions (→onion)

 

sauté garlic (→garlic)

 

add minced meat, sauté and stir, stove plate on ↓5/6, until it is well done

 

stove plate on ↓2/6, spice it with salt/pepper and all the other spices, stir and leave it for a few minutes with lid on

 

add tomatoes, sugar and stir

 

leave it 10-15 minutes with lid on

 

in the meantime: prepare pasta (→pasta)

 

then test, if salt/pepper is alright, ↓0/0

 

leave it with lid on for a couple of minutes

 

serve it with grated cheese
