PASTA BELL PEPPER SALAMI

ingredients

250 g elbow pasta (pasta),

1 tsp olive oil,

⅔ onion,

½ clove of garlic,

20 g cubic cut salami,

1 bell pepper in thin strips,

1 tbsp cider vinegar,

⅔ tsp paprika,

½ tsp thyme,

3 pinches of rosemary,

1-2 tsp honey,

180 ml water,

3 g butter,

60 g cubic cut mozzarella,

salt/pepper


how you make it:


stove plate on ↑6/6, warm olive oil (→olive oil), stove plate on ↓4/6

 

sauté onions (→onion)

 

stove plate on ↓2/6

 

sauté garlic (→garlic) and salami

 

deglaze with water/vinegar and stir

 

add honey, salt/pepper/other spices and stir

 

simmer for 1-2 minutes with lid on, before you add bell pepper and leave it again with lid on for 10-15 minutes

 

in the meantime: prepare pasta (→pasta)

 

after that add butter to the bell pepper/salami-sauce, stove plate on ↓0/0 and stir, before you mix it 1-2 minutes later all together

 

stir it on lukewarm stove plate, until it comes to a good connection

 

serve it with mozzarella
