PASTA AUBERGINE BACON

240 g spaghetti (pasta),

1 tsp olive oil,

1 cubic cut aubergine,

20 g cubic cut bacon,

½ garlic clove,

¾ tsp marjoram,

150 ml water,

60 g mozzarella,

salt/pepper

 

how you make it:


stove plate on ↑6/6, prepare pasta (→pasta)

 

at the same time: stove plate on ↑6/6, warm olive oil (→olive oil), stove plate on ↓4/6

 

sauté aubergine (→vegetables)

 

stove plate on ↓2/6

 

sauté garlic (→garlic) and bacon

 

deglaze with water (tip: you can use the salted boiling water of the pasta), add salt/pepper/marjoram and stir

 

simmer for circa 5 minutes

 

stove plate on ↓0/0 and stir, before you add the pasta

 

stir it on lukewarm stove plate, until it comes to a good connection

 

serve it with mozzarella
