salmon pasta

ingredients

240 g fettuccine (pasta),

1 tsp olive oil,

1-2 cloves of garlic,

⅓ cubic cut onion,

80 g smoked salmon (cut in small strips),

1 tbsp cider vinegar,

1-2 tsp honey,

250 ml water,

⅔ tsp dill,

5 g butter,

2-3 pinches salt,

pepper

 

how you make it:


stove plate on ↑6/6, warm olive oil (→olive oil), stove plate on ↓4/6

 

sauté onions (→onion)

 

stove plate on ↓2/6, sauté garlic (→garlic)

 

deglaze with water, stir and simmer for 2-3 minutes with lid on

 

add vinegar, pepper, salt, honey, stir and simmer for 2-3 minutes with lid on

 

in the meantime: prepare pasta (→pasta)

 

continue in sauce preparing: stove plate on ↓1/6, add smoked salmon, stir and simmer for circa 2-3 minutes with lid on,

 

add dill, butter to the sauce, stove plate on ↓0/0 and simmer for the rest of time with lid on

 

drain pasta, add no oil! (i recommend: drain pasta one minute earlier because of simmering later in salmon sauce)

 

add smoked salmon sauce to pasta

 

simmer it for a short time, so that it comes to a good connection
