PASTA TOMATO ZUCCHINI

ingredients

240 g spaghetti (pasta),

1 tsp olive oil,

1 cubic cut zucchini,

400 g tomatoes,

½ clove of garlic,

½ tsp oregano,

½ tsp thyme,

1 tsp sugar,

60 g mozzarella,

salt/pepper


how you make it:


stove plate on ↑6/6, warm olive oil (→olive oil), stove plate on ↓4/6

 

sauté zucchini (→vegetables)

 

stove plate on ↓2/6, then add and sauté garlic (→garlic)

 

deglaze with tomatoes, stir and simmer for 2-3 minutes with lid on

 

in the meantime: prepare pasta (→pasta)

 

continue sauce preparing: add sugar, salt/pepper, stir and simmer for circa 5 minutes with lid on

 

stove plate on ↓1/6, add the other spices, stir and simmer for circa 5 minutes with lid on

 

stove plate on ↓0/0, after draining pasta mix it all together

 

stir it on lukewarm stove plate, until it comes to a good connection

 

serve it with mozzarella
