gorgonzola pasta

ingredients

230 g tortiglioni (pasta),

1 tsp olive oil,

1 garlic clove,

20 ml water,

80 ml milk,

100 g gorgonzola,

2-3 pinches of salt,

1 pinch sugar,

pepper,

⅓ tsp hot paprika

 

how you make it:


stove plate on ↑6/6, prepare pasta (→pasta)

 

after that on the same stove plate: stove plate on ↓2/6, warm olive oil (→olive oil), sauté garlic (→garlic) in the same saucepan

 

stove plate on ↓2/6, deglaze with water, spice with salt/pepper/sugar/hot paprika and stir

 

simmer for 1 minute, add milk, bring it to a boil and add gorgonzola

 

simmer for ca. 1- 2 minutes, until sauce becomes homogeneous

 

stove plate on ↓0/0, add pasta and simmer it for a short time, so that it comes to a good connection
