fresh basil pasta

260 g spaghetti (pasta),

2 tsp olive oil,

2 garlic clove,

15 g fresh basil,

2 pinches of sugar,

150 ml water,

4 tbsp grated parmesan,

salt/pepper


how you make it:


stove plate on ↑6/6, prepare pasta (→pasta)

 

after that on the same stove plate: stove plate on ↓2/6, warm olive oil (→olive oil), sauté garlic (→garlic) in the same saucepan

 

stove plate on ↓2/6, deglaze with water (tip: you can use the salted boiling water of the pasta), add salt/pepper/sugar and stir

 

simmer for 1-2 minutes

 

stove plate on ↓0/0, add the pasta and stir it on lukewarm stove plate, until it comes to a good connection

 

serve it with parmesan and fresh basil
