240 g spaghetti/ penne (pasta),

1 tsp olive oil,

400 g canned tomatoes,

⅓ cubic cut onion,

11 green olives (cut in slices),

½ clove of garlic,

1 dried chili pepper,

⅔ tsp paprika,

1 tsp sugar,

3 tbsp grated parmesan,

salt/pepper

 

how you make it:


stove plate on ↑6/6, warm olive oil (→olive oil), stove plate on ↓4/6

 

sauté onions (→onion)

 

stove plate on ↓2/6

 

sauté garlic (→garlic)

 

deglaze with tomatoes, stir and simmer for 2-3 minutes with lid on

 

in the meantime: prepare pasta (→pasta)

 

preparing sauce: add sugar, salt/pepper, stir and simmer for circa 5 minutes with lid on

 

stove plate on ↓1/6, add the other spices/olives, stir and simmer for circa 5 minutes with lid on

 

stove plate on ↓0/0, after draining pasta mix it all together

 

stir it on lukewarm stove plate, until it comes to a good connection

 

serve it with parmesan
