aglio e olio pasta

ingredients

260 g spaghetti (pasta),

2 tsp olive oil,

3 cloves of garlic,

1 dried chili pepper,

2 tsp parsley,

2 pinches of sugar,

150 ml water,

4 tbsp grated parmesan,

salt/pepper


how you make it:

 

stove plate on ↑6/6, prepare pasta (→pasta); boiling time 2 minutes less stated on pack so that they are al dente after simmering with the sauce at the end

 

after that on the same stove plate: stove plate on ↓2/6, warm olive oil (→olive oil), sauté garlic (→garlic) in the same saucepan

 

stove plate on ↓2/6, deglaze with water (tip: you can use the salted boiling water of the pasta), add salt/pepper/sugar/dried chili pepper and stir

 

simmer for 1-2 minutes

 

stove plate on ↓0/0, add the pasta and parsley

 

stir it on lukewarm stove plate, until it comes to a good connection

 

serve it with parmesan
