potato goulash

ingredients

800 g potatoes,

1 bell pepper,

140 g cervelat sausage,

⅔ onion,

1 tomato peeled,

400 ml water,

⅔ tsp paprika,

¼ tsp curry,

2 pinches of hot paprika,

2 pinches of oregano,

4 pinches of thyme,

⅔ tsp cider vinegar,

1 tsp honey,

⅔ dried chili pepper,

salt/pepper,

3-5 g butter,

1 -1½ tsp flour

 

how you make it:


stove plate on ↑6/6, warm olive oil (→olive oil), stove plate on ↓2/6, sauté onions (→onion) in a saucepan

 

deglaze it with tomato and stir

 

spice it with salt/pepper, all the other spices, stir and leave it for a few minutes with lid on

 

stove plate on ↑4/6, add the water and bring it to a boil with lid on and add the vegetables (cut in big cubes)

 

stove plate on ↓2/6

 

leave it for 10-15 minutes with lid on

 

then add the sausage (cut in strips) and stove plate on ↓1/6

 

leave it for 10 minutes with lid on

 

then test, if salt/pepper/hot paprika is alright and add it, if necessary

 

↓0/0 after 1-2 minutes and leave it with lid on for a couple of minutes
